<span lang=""><p>Astazi va recomand sa mancati ceva mai sanatos. Sa lasam prajelile sau alte bucate delicioase si sa incercam sa mancam cat mai natural. Sa va prezint o salata ce mie imi place foarte mult. </p><p>Eu am preparat cam 4 portii deci o sa va spun in mare cantitatile: 250 g orez cu bobul lung, 2 ardei grasi (daca sunteti pretentiosi si doriti o salata colorata va recomanda unul rosu si unul verde :)) 250 g telemea, 4-5 catei de usturoi, 300 g iaurt, 250 g branza dulce de vaca, 1 legatura de marar, sare, piper, 1 fir de ceapa verde. </p><p>Taiem ardeii si telemeaua cubulete mici si le amestecam. Intr-un castron separat, amestecam usturoiul pisat cu iaurtul si cu branza de vaci faramitata bine cu furculita, iar peste acestea adaugam mararul tocat si piperul si sa nu uitam de sare.</p><p>Punem orezul la fiert, acoperit, si amestecam des, timp de 10-15 minute sau pana cand orezul este fiert (in functie de tipul de orez, timpul de fierbere este diferit). Dupa aceea, il punem intr-o strecuratoare si il clatim cu apa rece. Intr-un vas suficient de mare, amestecam toate ingredientele: ardeii, telemeaua, orezul fiert, iaurtul cu branza, mararul, piperul si la sfarsit mai punem putina sare in functie de cum va place. Ornam salata cu ceapa verde taiata rondele mici.Salata de orez cu branza si iaurt este o reteta consistenta, potrivita pentru cina sau un pranz usor si dietetic.</p><p>Pofta mare si la mai mare!!! O sa incerc sa ma ocup mai mult de blog in urmatoarea perioada. <span style="color: orange;"> Tocmai am primit o reteta noua si dietetica in acelas timp de la dna Gabriela din Arad,careia ii multumesc foarte mult pe aceasta cale.</span><br />
<span style="color: orange;"> <strong>File de peste la orice fel de cuptor:</strong> </span><br />
<span style="color: orange;">-se spala pestele, se taie bucati aprox cat o palma, se pune intr-o strecuratoare ca sa se scurga apa. -se condimenteaza cu: sare, piper</span><br />
<span style="color: orange;"> -se aseaza intr-o tava unsa cu ulei de floarea soarelui (de preferat stors la rece)</span><br />
<span style="color: orange;"> -se curata de coaja o lamaie, se taie rondele se pun peste pestele asezat in tava si se dau la cuptorul foarte fierbinte . In 10-15 minute este gata. Aceasta este o reteta in special pentru cei care s-au decis sa manance sanatos. (fara delicat, vegeta, ulei super rafinat care este f nociv, etc.) si care nu au f mult timp la dispozitie pt gatit.</span><br />

<div><strong>Ingredientele salatei</strong>:bilute de labane uscate bine obtinute din 1/2 litru iaurt)1/2 salata verde2 rosii2 castraveti1 dovlecel mare1/2 vanata2 ardei rosii copti si marinatiniste branza gen cascaval pentru finisaj pesmet </div>
<div><strong>sos:</strong>1 lingura maioneza3 linguri iaurt2 catei de usturoi taiati marunt sau facuti pastasare, piper dupa gust</div>
<div>Ingredientele sosului se amesteca si se pune sosul la rece in frigider.Se rupe bucatele salata verde ,rosiile si castravetii se taie si se arunca elegant :) peste salata verde. Dovlecelul se taie betisoare ( jumatate orizontal, fiecare jumatate taiata in jumatate dar vertical si fiecare sfert astfel obtinut taiat in betisoare vertical). Vanata se taie felii ( poate fi pusa toata vanata, mie mi se pare prea mult insa).Betisoarele de dovlecel si feliile de vanata se prajesc in ulei si se pun la scurs pe hartie absorbanta.Ardeii marinati ( copti si apoi pusi intr-un dress din: apa ,sare, putin zahar si otet) se rup fasii in lungime.Bilutele de labane se umezesc( se pot da prin ou, eu le-am udat cu apa doar) se dau prin pesmet si se prajesc in ulei, cat sa prinda pesmetul o culoare aurie( eu sunt mai "jmechera" le-am facut ying- yang, ca le-am uitat n tigaie)Se rade branza gen cascaval, se pune la prajit intr-o tigaie, cu sau fara ulei, cat sa devina o pasta omogena si cu ea se "traseaza" dungi deasupra salatei. Se arunca, elegant si cu simt artistic bilutele de labane prajite deasupra salatei .</div>
<div><strong>nota</strong>:Iaurtul din care se fac bilutele de labane , este iaurt acru, obtinut din cultura de iaurt, ce va fi lasat la scurs 3 zile.( inainte de a fi pus in tifon poate fi amestecat cu sare, sucul de la o lamaie, zaatar, boia,cimbru, dupa gust). La invitatia ta ,de a impartasi o reteta care ni se pare foarte buna... m-am gandit sa-ti trimit aceasta reteta tarta cu mere si crema. Eu de cand am descoperit-o (dintr-o revista ,acum catva ani) o fac destul de des . Este delicioasa ,se face si repede , toti care au mancat-o au fost foarte incantati . A devenit prajitura preferata in familire, sotul imi spune mereu sa o fac.

Aluatul pt.tarta:</div>
<div>* 250 gr.faina* 30 gr. zahar* 100 gr.unt* 1 ou* un varf de sare</div>
<div>Umplutura:* 500 gr. mere...circa 3-4 bucati* 1 ou si 1 galbenus* 30 gr. faina* 70 gr. zahar* 250 gr.lapte* coaja rasa de la 1 lamaie * un praf de vanilie....................................................</div>
<div>Se pune faina pe planseta iar deasupra punem , untul cubulete( deja scos din frigider cu 1 ora inainte, trebuie sa fie putin moale), oul si un varf de sare. Se amesteca cu mana, pana devine totul o coca destul de tare. Aluatul se pune in frigider pentru o jumatate de ora.Intre timp , se freaca cu mixerul ouale cu zaharul, pana devin o crema, apoi se adauga faina, coaja de lamaie rasa si vanilia. In sfarsit ,se adauga laptele putin cate putin. Merele se curata de coaja, se scoate cotorul, se taie felii subtiri.Se scoate aluatul din frigider, se intinde in forma de tarta( 20-24 cm.diametru) unsa cu putin unt si tapetata cu faina. -1 lingura cacao neagra
<strong>Mod de preparare:</strong>
Se freaca untul cu zaharul si zaharul vanilat,apoi adaugam treptat galbenusurile,coaja de lamaie rasa,faina si praful de copt stins in putin otet sau zeama de lamaie.
Dupa ce omogenizam compozitia o turnam intr-o tava de aprox.25 cu 35 cm unsa cu un pic de ulei si acoperita cu hartie de copt.Coacem prajitura 20 min la foc mijlociu;la mijlocul cuptorului.
In timp ce avem prajitura la cuptor preparam bezeaua..batem albusurile spuma tare,adaugam zaharul si batem in continuare albusurile cu zaharul.Adaugam nuca macinata si amestecam cu grija.Am impartit aceasta compozitie in 2 parti egale.Intr-una din ele adaugam cacaua si amestecam usor de jos in sus ca sa nu se lase bezeaua.
Scoatem tava din cuptor,intindem uniform pe jumatate din prajiura bezeaua de cacao si pe cealalta bezeaua simpla.Introducem iar tava la cuptor 20 min la foc mic.Eu am tinut pana s-a rumenit un pic deasupra bezeaua.Putem prepara si numai cu bezea simpla sau numai bezea de cacao..depinde de gusturile voastre.

Pe mine personal m-a imbarbatat foarte mult aceasta povestioara si am decis (cu aprobarea dnei.Gabi bineinteles) sa postez acest email in speranta ca va incuraja multe femei si de ce nu chiar si barbati,care isi doresc sa slabeaca.

"Buna,
am gasit adresa de email si sugestia ta cu aceasta dieta, si vreau sa impartasesc cu tine cateva idei. In urma cu un an aveam o greutate de 76kg, la o inaltime de 1.60m. Foarte mult dupa parerea mea si nu numai, ci si a specialistilor. Am mai tinut diete dar reveneam rapid la greutatea initiala.
M-a ambitionat foarte mult sotul meu, care-i ca tras prin inel, si m-am hotarat sa incep o noua dieta, adica un nou mod de viata. L:a inceput am cumparat o banda de alergare electrica, un aparat de abdomene, iar bicicleta medicinala aveam.
Si asa am inceput : Nu aveam un regim alimentar exact, dar aveam reguli care ma straduiam sa le respect. Aveam mare grija zilnic, ce mancam, cat mancam, la ce ora mancam, ore exacte de masa, cantitatea de mancare sa fie redusa la jumate (in farfurie mica), miscare cat de des aveam timp fiind si la seviciu. Evitam prajelile, grasimile, dulciurile, am renuntat la cafea si sucuri.
Faceam miscare pe banda sau diferite exercitii impreuna cu sotul meu, tot la doua zile, aproximativ, depinde si cum aveam chef.
Si uite asa am inceput sa dau jos 3-4-6-10-16 kg. Nu imi venea sa cred ca se poate. Ziceam ca asa imi este felul meu si nu se poate slabi. Dar m-am convins ca se poate cu multa vointa si ambitie. In functie de cum traiesti asa esti. Ce bagi in gura aia te ingrasa.Trebuie sa devii ordonat, putin sever si corect cu tine insati. Asa apar rezultatele, tinindu-ti corpul putin la respect. Ca un copil, cand ii dai de toate ti se urca in cap, asa si corpul trebuie sa stie ca are de respectat anumite reguli pentru binele lui.
Incearca si tu aceasta varianta care o poti adapta dupa organismul tau si vei vedea ca rezultatele o sa apara. Acuma dupa un an am aceasi greutate de 60-61 kg (de la 76kg) si ma mentin, dar a devenit un mod de viata pt. mine.

</div><div><strong>Modul de preparare:</strong></div><strong></strong>
<strong></strong><div>Topim la cuptorul cu microunde margarina 10-15 sec.Merele rase le amestecam cu 3 linguri de zahar si cu lingurita de scortisoara.Intr-o tava mica (30/20 cm),punem hartie de copt apoi intindem cu o lingura margarina pe toata suprafata.Urmatorul strat intindem biscuitii macinati marunt si apoi ultimul strat de mere.Dam la cuptor 20 min la foc mic.</div><div>Intre timp facem <strong>chegul</strong>.Separam albusurile de galbenusuri.Albusurile le batem spuma cu zaharul ramas.Galbenusurile le batem cu uleiul si le turnam peste albusuri.Adaugam esenta de vanilie,praful de copt stins cu putin otet sau zeama de lamaie si faina.Amestecam cu o lingura dar nu prea mult ca sa nu se lase albusurile.</div><div>Turnam compozitia peste mere si mai dam la cuptor aproximativ 20 min la foc potrivit.Incercam cu o scobitoare sa vedem daca este gata.Pofta buna!

Va multumesc din suflet pentru premiile acordate.Datorita faptului ca sunt prinsa intre "cariera" de mamica si cea profesionala,timpul meu este mult mai limitat si nu am mai avut destul timp sa acord blogului meu.In cel mai scurt timp o sa ridic premiile primite de la voi;si cum este obiceiul o sa le dau si eu la randul meu mai departe.

-2 kg ardei capia (rosii)
-½ l otet
-½ cana zahar
-2 lingurite sare mare
-Se toaca fideluta ardeii iuti pana la cotor cu seminte cu tot. Se toaca ardeii capia fideluta, fara seminte.
Se macereaza 24 ore, mestecand din cand in cand
Se pune amestecul in borcane si se toarna lichidul rezultat peste ele.
Se inchid borcanele si se pun in camara.
